I am a healthcare provider licensed by the Arizona State Board of Massage Therapy and only provide therapuetic treatments. I have a ZERO-tolerance policy for verbal or physical sexual advances, should either occur the treatment will be immediately ended and billed at full price plus 25% gratuity in addition to a report to local Law Enforcement. 

I will arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your treatment start time to set up the table. Any client tardiness will result in a shorter treatment.

Any areas that require additional time beyond the standard driveway to home access (long walks, complex parking, flights of stairs, apartments,  high-rise buildings etc) will be subject to a convenience fee up to $20 billed at time of service.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to issues with both inappropriate clients & problematic staff, hotels are not eligible treatment locations.

To maintain fair booking availability for all clients, I ask that all cancellations or reschedules be made at least 48hrs prior to the appointment time. 

Canceling and/or rescheduling an appointment within the following timeframes will result in the following fees:

• 24-48hrs before the appointment: Loss of deposit.
• Less than 24hrs before the appointment: Full treatment price. 
• All no-call/no-shows: Full treatment price, plus a 25% inconvenience fee.

An area of roughly 6ft by 9ft is needed for set up. Treatments outdoors can only be done in temperatures less than 85 degrees and if shaded. 

Treatment environments with strong odors (ie cigarette/cannabis smoke) will result in immediate cancellation with the full treatment price plus 20% inconvenience fee as this negatively affects all other treatments for that day. 

Deposits are non-refundable and applied to your appointment after it's completion.
